Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Kaaryasaathi platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Kaaryasaathi is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects Clients (people seeking home services) with Providers/Taskers (individuals offering home services). We facilitate the connection but are not a party to the service agreement between Client and Tasker.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kaaryasathi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

All Taskers on our platform undergo KYC (Know Your Customer) verification including government ID check, address verification, and a live selfie. While we take rigorous steps to verify identity, Kaaryasaathi does not guarantee the conduct, quality, or suitability of any Tasker.

All bookings are made through the Kaaryasaathi mobile application. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund procedures are outlined within the app. Kaaryasaathi may charge a service fee for facilitating transactions. All fees will be disclosed transparently before confirmation.

You agree not to: - Use the platform for any illegal purpose - Harass, abuse, or harm other users - Circumvent the platform to conduct transactions outside the app - Post false reviews or misleading information - Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise platform security

Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

All content on Kaaryasaathi — including logos, design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of Kaaryasaathi / Codorithms Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaaryasaathi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance.
